Ya new? Me too!

Welcome! Need book ideas? I've got plenty. Just  comment book genres you like and what size book you prefer to read and I'll hook you up!--- Okay, time to stop being commercial-y. I'll be normal now-well, if you consider a girl who always has a book, took a book to recess in elementary school, and brings a book to lunch because her friends sometimes ignore her (I'm talking 'bout you GIRL #173!!!!) normal. *sigh* Anyway, as you may have already guessed, I'm not normal. At all. Nope, not one bit, though I really enjoy books. (Girl #173's comment- NERD! My comment back- I keep telling you, I'm a geek not a nerd. Geeks are way cooler than nerds. Geez.) Don't mind her- she's just jealous that I read faster than her. And Girl #173, if you say you read faster than me, wouldn't that make you nerdier than me? I'll let that linger.

By the way, just so you know, Girl #173 is my best friend. I'm not that crazy. At least, not yet. My mom wouldn't allow me to call her by name.

  1. Do you have any book recommendations that have dogs in the story? Stuff like Where the Red Fern Grows, Because of Winn Dixie, White Fang/Call of the Wild - but maybe more recent and/or young adult?

  2. A book I read recently called "Dust of 100 Dogs" is pretty good. There isn't a main dog character, but there's a lot of dog-related things in there. Also "Ginger Pye" is good, less young-adulty but there is a main dog character.(can you guess what his name is?)
